KOR Test Booster

This product has been discontinued by the manufacturer

KOR Natural’s Test Booster is a stimulant-free, all-natural supplement designed to booster testosterone production, block the conversion of testosterone into estrogen, and support your immune system and overall health.

Because of it’s powerful ingredient list, it is highly recommended to intensify your workouts, enhance your libido, and help you improve your muscle to fat ratio.

But can one supplement really do all of that? Of course, I was skeptical, but my research into this product and it’s premium formula has changed my mind. KOR Test Booster can do it all.

Safe and Effective Ingredients

KOR Test Booster is not a steroid, it doesn’t even contain the typical stimulants you see in this kind supplement. It simply boosts the natural production of testosterone with these quality ingredients:

  • Zinc boosts the production of testosterone and helps the body to block testosterone from converting into estrogen. Zinc can also help support a healthy immune system and improve your energy levels.
  • Boron helps the levels of free testosterone to increase and be used more effectively throughout the body by reducing levels of the sex hormone binding globulin (SHBG), and an estrogen known as estradiol.
  • Fenugreek Seed can maintain healthy testosterone production and use, which in turn improves how the body breaks down and burns fat. It also improves libido, boosts energy, and helps increase muscle mass and strength.
  • Eurycoma Longifolia can relieve stress, enhance your mood, and gives you more energy and endurance. It boosts natural testosterone production, increases fat burn, and improves lean body mass.
  • Ashwagandha Root acts as a strong anti-inflammatory and can also improve your immune system. It can relieve anxiety, prevent adrenal fatigue, boost healthy thyroid function, and support heart and brain health.
  • Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a phytochemical that can boost testosterone production and decrease the amount of testosterone being converted into estrogens. This additionally can improve your metabolism and help you decrease your fat to muscle ratio.

Advantages of Increasing Testosterone Through KOR Test Booster

  • Healthy testosterone levels are vital for everyday energy, a normal sex drive, and even immune system function. Whether you want to feel less fatigued, amp up your gym game, or simply lose more weight, Test Booster helps to improve natural testosterone production so that you can get the results that you want. It offers a 3-in-1 punch that is proven to help you be your best.
  • Testosterone Boosting – This powerful formula helps to boost your body’s ability to produce and use testosterone effectively. You’ll have more stamina and feel renewed energy.

EST Test Drive

For those who have difficulty performing in the bedroom, a testosterone booster like EST Test Drive may seem like a boon.

EST Test Drive makers assert it includes proven ingredients to increase testosterone, resulting in improved libido and blood flow.

Should we take them for their word?

We’ll take a look into the formula of EST Test Drive to see if it provides the proper ingredients in the right dosages for maximum results.

Are the Ingredients in EST Test Drive Effective?

EST Test Drive features proprietary blends, so it’s impossible to know the doses of individual ingredients. Without that information, it’s hard to know if the ingredients are effective. However, we can investigate the quality of the ingredients.

Tribulus Terrestris increases sexual function and muscle strength.

One study found rugby players who used 450 mg tribulus for 5 weeks improved strength and fat free mass over those who took placebo. [1]

Another study showed primates with erectile dysfunction increased testosterone levels by 52% when they took tribulus. Scientists reported the treatment would be promising for humans with mild to moderate erectile dysfunction. [2]

Indole-3-Carbinol is a hormone balancer that boosts immune system health and removes toxins. [3]

Tongkat Ali amplifies testosterone production in animal studies. However, little human research is available, so it is unclear if it is effective for people. [4]

3,4-Divanillyltetrahydrofuran treats prostate cancer symptoms by binding sex hormones. As prostate problems are often lead to erectile dysfunction, improving prostate health with this ingredient may be a good solution. [5]

Beta Vulgaris is an extract from beets that augments the body’s supply of available nitrous oxide and elevates triglyceride levels. [6]

L-Carnitine HCL maximizes male fertility and produces energy for muscle, heart, and brain function. [7]

Icariin slows penis cell death and optimizes testosterone circulation. [8]

Hawthorn Berry promotes blood circulation. However, this supplement interacts with certain medications such as beta blockers and nitrates. It should not be taken without doctor supervision. [9]

L-Leucine is an amino acid that decreases muscle breakdown during exercise and increases muscle growth due to its high oxidation rate. [10]

Beta Alanine enhances oxygen use during high-intensity interval training, which makes exercise more effective. [11]

Pyridoxine HCL improves energy utilization from food, red blood cell production, and proper nerve function. [12]

Is EST Test Drive A Good Buy?

EST Test Drive retails for $33-$43. Each tub supplies 120 capsules, so it lasts about a month if the user follows the instructions and takes 4 capsules per day.

If you are having problems in the bedroom, a dollar a day is probably a small price to pay. However, several ingredients, such as hawthorn berry and tongkat ali, may not be effective at improving sexual health.

In addition, without ingredient dosage information, it is unclear if EST Test Drive is worth the price.

Boost Testosterone Naturally – 5 Keys to Boost Testosterone

Testosterone production is at its prime during youth and slowly drops as men reach middle age.

The hormone that puts hair on chests, amplifies muscle growth, and essentially turns boys into men is produced less and less until days of peak athleticism become nothing more than a sense of nostalgia.

Boost Testosterone Naturally

Subsequently, men are left with side effects like increased body fat, decreased strength and muscle mass, and reduced sex drive.

With such a dreary picture painted, who wouldn’t want to do everything in their power to boost natural testosterone levels and prolong testosterone’s benefits?

For the Best Testosterone Boosters: See Our Top-Rated Testosterone Boosters Here

Kick Your Feet Up

The first thing you can do to support healthy testosterone levels is to get enough sleep. Sufficient sleep is paramount to maintaining healthy metabolic and endocrine system function. Sleep disorders, disturbances, and insufficient sleep negatively affect insulin resistance and testosterone levels.

[1] Consequently, adults should strive for 7-8 hours of sleep per night. [2]

During a clinical study, test subjects spent 11 days in a laboratory for 3 nights of 10 hour sleep and 8 nights of 5 hour sleep.

Blood sampling was taken every 15-30 minutes for 24 hours on the second 10-hour night’s rest and the seventh 5-hour night’s rest.

Research reveals testosterone levels during the daytime were “decreased by 10% to 15% in this small convenience sample of young healthy men who underwent 1 week of sleep restriction to 5 hours per night.” [3]

Here are some tips to get more shut eye:

• Establish a regular bedtime
• Use a sleep mask
• Avoid drinking too much before bed
• Take melatonin

Sleeping is essential for overall health, so don’t skimp on it.

Hit the Weights

Breaking a sweat at the gym and pumping iron is a great form of “me time.” Besides the obvious benefit of increasing muscle size and attaining a shredded physique, lifting weights also triggers hormone release.

To analyze strength training’s effects on testosterone, 23 and 63 year old men underwent a 12-week strength training program. Researchers measured growth hormone and testosterone levels from blood samples before and after test subjects completed 45-60 minute anaerobic exercises that involved all major muscle groups.

Results show “strength training can induce growth hormone and testosterone release, regardless of age.” The testosterone response in the older test subjects was not as prominent as in the younger test subjects. [4]

But with so many weights, machines, and benches at the gym, knowing where to start may be overwhelming. Focusing on compound exercises that involve more than one muscle group is a smart way to develop strength and muscle.

Here are some compound exercises to get you started:

• Bench
• Squat
• Pull-ups
• Overhead press

Once you get the hang of these workouts and feel comfortable in the gym, try more complex workouts like power cleans and deadlifts.

Pushing your body to the limit by doing compound exercises triggers a testosterone response. However, this response may be fairly short term. The only solution is to make working out a routine.

Lose Some Weight

Your weight effects how much testosterone is produced, which is one more reason to start eating clean and implementing cardio exercises.

Researchers discovered obesity in males is a reason for unhealthy testosterone concentrations. To read this conclusion, they analyzed information about free testosterone concentrations of 1,849 men from a Hypogonadism in Males study. Evidence revealed 40% obese nondiabetic men and 50% obese diabetic men over the age of 44 had below average free testosterone concentrations.

Researchers stated, “In view of its high prevalence, obesity is probably the condition most frequently associated with subnormal free testosterone concentrations.” [5] Subpar serum testosterone is reversible by losing weight, however. [6]

Oftentimes people get discouraged with weight loss efforts because they implement drastic and extreme changes all at once. Slowly modifying eating habits and exercise may be a solution to this problem.

Here are some simple tips to get you started losing weight:

• Avoid soda
• Replace more carbs with protein
• Try HIIT workouts
• Eat fiber-rich foods

Whatever goals, diets, or exercise plans you decide upon, be consistent. Determination and perseverance will lead to an increase in testosterone and a healthier you.

Supplement Your Hard Work

Some products are packed with clinically-proven ingredients to support normal testosterone levels and you can find the best testosterone supplements on eSupplements.com.

Keep in mind, however, even the best testosterone supplements work better when combined with healthy activities and diets.

There are several different options, so find what works best for you. When deciding on a supplement, keep your eyes peeled for powerful ingredients like tribulus terrestris, zinc, and tongkat ali. Here is a look at evidence supporting their use:

Tribulus Terrestris
This ingredient was administered daily to athletes during a 20-day experimental period. As a result, blood testosterone concentration “increased statistically reliable during the first half (10 days) of the experiment.” [7]

This mineral affects testosterone concentrations. During a clinical study, healthy, young men were put on a dietary zinc restriction for 20 weeks. Results show poor zinc nutrition led to marked decreases in serum testosterone concentrations.

Researchers then supplemented marginally zinc-deficient older males with zinc for 6 months. Evidence reveals serum testosterone increased from 8.3 +/- 6.3 to 16.0 +/- 4.4 nmol/L (p = 0.02.). [8]

Tongkat Ali
Also known as horny goat weed, tongkat ali supplementation improves serum testosterone concentration and was also shown to improve ageing male symptom scores during a clinical study. [9]

Check Your Stress

Stress management is crucial for leading healthy lifestyles, and research shows it possibly affects testosterone levels. Although the exact mechanism through which stress affects testosterone is undetermined, there are several studies that lend supporting evidence for why you should keep your stress in line.

Males suffering from psychological stress, manifest through depression, anxiety, and hostility were recruited into a study. Researchers noticed the test subjects classified as having “high psychological stress” had lower testosterone levels than those with lower stress. [10]

Another study analyzed testosterone levels in 18 new Office Candidate School recruits. The recruits’ plasma testosterone levels tended to be lower during the beginning of the course, which is known to be more stressful, than during their senior year. [11]

Here are some techniques to manage stress:

• Exercise
• Reach out to friends and family
• Meditate
• Listen to music
• Avoid negative thinking

Take control of the situation and kick stress to the curb. Doing so may affect testosterone levels more than we know.

Test X180 Ignite

Force Factor has recently set out to improve its natural testosterone booster, Test X180, by adding a fat burning matrix and creating a new product called Test X180 Ignite.

Test X180 Ignite is designed for men who want to “increase their sex drive, transform their bodies, and reengerize their lives.”

I was curious to see whether Test X180 Ignite possessed the capacity to increase testosterone and burn fat at the same time.

Let’s take a closer look at what Test X180 Ignite offers.

What’s In Text X180 Ignite?

Examining Test X180 Ignite’s ingredients allows us to better understand its purported testosterone-boosting and fat burning benefits.

The Manliness Ignition Matrix and Fat Incineration Complex each contain a proprietary blend adding up to 400 mg per serving. Unfortunately, this means we don’t know specific ingredient amounts, and it is difficult to determine whether sufficient amounts are present to produce results.

Here’s an ingredient breakdown for each blend:

Manliness Ignition Matrix

Testofen. Testofen is a patented fenugreek extract which features furostanol and steroidal saponins purported to increase testosterone.

In one double blind crossover placebo controlled study, 60 healthy adult males taking Testofen exhibited a significant increase in sexual function, performance, and satisfaction.[1]

I was unable to find the Testofen amount used in the study.

Green Tea Extract. Green tea extract has powerful antioxidant properties and keeps cells healthy. Additionally, it increases metabolism and frees up fatty acids which are burned as energy.

Green tea extract is also the first ingredient listed in the Fat Incineration Complex.

To maximize green tea extract, experts recommend taking 1,000-1200mg divided into two or four doses. [2]

Since there is only 400 mg green tea extract in the total proprietary blend, it is doubtful there is enough to provide positive benefits.

Avena Sativa Extract. Also known as oat straw, avena sativa is purported to calm and heal nervous systems, and improve male sexual function.

However, experts at the NYU Langone Medical Center maintain there is insufficient research to validate these benefits. [3]

Horny Goat Weed Extract. Horny goat weed contains the active component icariin, which improves erectile dysfunction and boosts testosterone.

A study published in the Asian Journal of Andrology showed icariin has PDE5 inhibiting capabilities which make it effective for combating erectile dysfunction. I was unable to find the amount of icariin used in the study. [4]

Fat Incineration Complex.

Caffeine Anhydrous. Caffeine is a well-known metabolism and fat burning ingredient. It increases the rate fatty acids are released and burned as energy.

Experts recommend taking 200 mg caffeine to improve exercise metabolism and increase fat burning.[5]

Green Coffee Extract. Green coffee extract improves blood sugar management and is shown to reduce body fat.

The recommended green coffee dosage is 400 mg/d divided into at least two doses.[6]

White Tea Extract. White tea has metabolism boosting benefits similar to green tea. White tea also stimulates fatty acid release and enhances fat burning.

Both white tea and green tea extract contain similar catechin amounts and can be taken in the same dosage.[7]

How To Maximize Text X180 Ignite

For best results, the manufacturer recommends taking 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules 30 minutes before working out. On non-workout days, take 2 capsules with breakfast and another 2 capsules with lunch.

Where Can You Buy Text X180 Ignite?

Test X180 Ignite is available on the official Force Factor website for $79.99. Each container lasts 30 days when following the recommended dosing protocol. It is also available at GNC.com for $79.99 or $71.99 at the member price.

Should You Buy Text X180 Ignite?

While Test X180 Ignite contains ingredients shown to increase testosterone levels, the proprietary blend makes it unclear whether sufficient amounts are present for it to be effective. It is also a new product, and I was unable to find any customer reviews.

It is best to wait until reliable customer reviews are available before purchasing Test X180.

Advanced Test-O-Boost

Advanced Test-O-Boost from Niwali tells consumers to “Feel superhuman, no matter who you are!”

While natural testosterone boosters are becoming increasingly commonplace, their promises seem anything but.

So are Advanced Test-O-Boost’s promises believable?

Let’s take a closer look to find out if Advanced Test-O-Boost live up manufacturer claims and whether it’s a good choice to boost testosterone.

What’s Inside Test-o-Boost?

Advanced Test-O-Boost discloses specific ingredient amounts instead of a proprietary blend. This makes it easier to discern whether the dosages are significant enough to improve male enhancement.

Here’s a complete ingredient breakdown:

Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma Longifolia)(50 mg.) Tongkat Ali is a purported aphrodisiac which improves libido and overall male enhancement.

According to a study published in the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, tongkat ali possesses “…significant potential for restoring hormone balance (cortisol/testosterone) and improving psychological mood state in humans exposed to various modern stressors, including aging, dieting, and exercise stress.” [1]

Subjects were given 200 mg/d tonkat ali.

Tribulus Terrestris (100 mg). Tribulus terrestris contains active ingredients called saponins. These saponins reputedly stimulate luteinzing hormone production in the pituitary, which signals increased testosterone production.

However, a study published in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research monitored strength and lean muscle gains in athletes given 450 mg tribulus terrestris or a placebo once daily for 5 weeks.

Researchers concluded tribulus terrestris did not produce the gains in strength or lean mass manufacturers claim can be experienced in 5-28 days. [2]

Panax Ginseng (200 mg). Panax Ginseng contains active ginsenosides which have adaptogenic effects such as improved vitality, longevity, and mental capacity.

Additionally, a World Health Organization review revealed ginseng saponins are thought to decrease serum prolactin, and thus improve male impotence by increasing libido. [3]

Experts recommend taking 900 mg panax ginseng three times daily for erectile dysfunction.

Piper Longum (30 mg). This compound is used to improve digestion, and treat various disorders such as heartburn, indigestion, intestinal gas, diarrhea, and cholera. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any research supporting piper longum as an effective male enhancement supplement. [4]

L-Arginine (300 mg). Arginine is an amino acid which becomes converted to nitric oxide. Nitric oxide prolongs the second messenger cGMP, and is responsible for getting and maintaining erections. [5]

For erectile dysfunction, Mayo Clinic recommends taking 5 g arginine daily. [6]

Zinc (50 mg). Zinc is an essential mineral which supports a healthy immune system and testosterone levels. The upper tolerable intake for zinc is 40 mg a day. [7]

How Do You Maximize Advanced Test-O-Boost?

For best results, the manufacturer recommends taking one pill in the morning and another in the evening. Athletes and older men can double the dosage for a greater testosterone surge.

Does Advanced Test-O-Boost Have Negative Side Effects?

Advanced Test-O-Boost exceeds the recommend zinc amount. Side effects from excess zinc consumption includes diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and kidney and stomach damage. [7]

Is Advanced Test-O-Boost Affordable?

Advanced Test-O-Boost is available on the official website Store.Niwali.com for $67.00. Each bottle contains 60 capsules.

Should You Buy Advanced Test-O-Boost?

Niwali’s Advanced Test-O-Boost dose feature ingredients such as arginine which are beneficial for male enhancement. Unfortunately, it doesn’t provide efficacious dosages. Furthermore, the $67.00 price tag is expensive for a month supply.

EPIQ Test is rated an average of 3.8/5 stars on GNC.com.

Most users said it helped build muscle, boost energy, and quicken recovery.

However, some users said it was ineffective.

With a price of $79.99, EPIQ Test costs as much as a couple months membership at a gym.

Are its testosterone-raising properties worth the price?

What’s In EPIQ Test?

You’ll probably recognize the ingredients in EPIQ Test, as they are typically used in other testosterone boosters. However, these ingredients show mixed results in studies.

Let’s look closer at 3 of the key ingredients in EPIQ Test:

Tribulus Terrestris (350 mg). Although the most abundant ingredient in EPIQ Test, tribulus terrestris is not proven to raise testosterone; in fact, clinical studies show otherwise.

In one study, healthy young men were given 10 or 20 mg/kg body weight tribulus for 4 weeks. Tribulus did not raise testosterone; instead, there was no significant difference between tribulus groups and the placebo. [1]

Tribulus also does not seem to improve athletic performance or body composition. [2]

Phytosterols (50 mg). Phytosterols—plant-derived compounds—are used to treat prostate enlargement symptoms. One particular phytosterol, beta-sitosterol, is abundant in EPIQ Test.

Beta-sitosterol has shown potential in animal studies. It inhibited estrogen-metabolizing enzymes in hamsters and increased testosterone in mice. [3] [4]

However, I was unable to locate similar studies on humans.

Fenugreek (50 mg). In a clinical trial, men took 500 mg fenugreek or a placebo for 8 weeks; the men who took fenugreek improved testosterone levels as well as percent body fat. [5]

Fenugreek is safe but might cause diarrhea, stomach upset, and bloating in some users, along with congestion or allergic reactions. It might also lower blood sugar or cause a maple syrup odor in urine. [6]

Does EPIQ Test Cause Side Effects?

I’ve already alerted you to the possible side effects from fenugreek, but generally speaking, the ingredients in EPIQ Test are safe to use.

Any testosterone booster, however, could cause side effects like aggressiveness or mood changes.

To take EPIQ Test, you should be at least 18. If you have a medical condition or are using medication, talk to a doctor before using EPIQ Test.

How Do You Use EPIQ Test?

Fortunately, you only need to take 1 EPIQ Test pill a day; other testosterone boosters recommend up to 6 pills a day, which can get excessive.

At the same time, though, other testosterone boosters offer the option of taking less than the recommended amount to assess tolerance. EPIQ Test doesn’t have the option of changing the recommended dose, and it is not advised to take more than 1 capsule.

Fortunately, no cycling is required, and EPIQ Test contains an impressive 60 capsules per container, so it lasts 60 days.

What Do People Say About EPIQ Test?

To help you decide whether EPIQ Test is worth a try, here is a sampling of reviews from GNC.com:

• “I can’t say it’s been anything earth shattering, but the results are there.” (nwiaboy)

• “I have felt the difference in the first day. My overall energy is significant but where I really notice it is at the gym. I’m lifting more and I can do more repetitions.” (jd25261)

• “After 4 weeks this has no noticeable effect at all.” (stevieray1)

Should You Buy EPIQ Test?

EPIQ Test costs $79.99 at GNC.com and $38.00 on Amazon.com. This may be pricey, but considering EPIQ Test lasts for 2 months, it’s a fairly good deal. Still, you may not want to spend this much on a supplement you’re not sure works.

EPIQ Test seems fairly reliable but produces mixed results in customers. You may want to instead look for a testosterone booster that has a money-back guarantee.

High T Senior

High T Senior is claimed to increase sex drive, strength, and energy by boosting testosterone.

Better still, it contains ingredients that improve prostate and cardiovascular health.

Could High T Senior be a do-it-all supplement to treat aging men’s health?

I looked beyond the advertisements to find out more about High T Senior and whether it could deliver the results you’re looking for.

Is High T Senior a Good Price Value?

A month supply of High T Senior sells for $60 on GNC.com, a price which annoyed several customers who spoke out in reviews.

Fortunately, it’s also sold for around $35 on other sites, a much better value.

What’s in High T Senior?

You may have heard of the vitamins and minerals in High T Senior, but perhaps you haven’t heard of the ingredients in its 1200 mg blend. Let’s take a closer look at some of the key players:

Phytopin Mixed Plant Sterols (beta-sitosterol 250 mg). Beta-sitosterol is commonly used to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia, or prostate enlargement, which often occurs in older men. In one study, beta-sitosterol improved urinary symptoms and flow measures, although it did not reduce prostate size. [1]

Studies do not clarify whether beta-sitosterol raises testosterone. The only study I could find in which beta-sitosterol raised testosterone was on a root containing beta-sitosterol given to mice. [2]

Beta-sitosterol might cause side effects such as nausea, indigestion, gas, diarrhea, or constipation. [3]

Testofen Fenugreek Extract. Testofen is a fenugreek extract standardized for 50% fenuside, chemicals claimed to raise testosterone. In a study, 30 resistance-trained men took 500 mg Testofen daily for 8 weeks and raised testosterone levels. [4]

Fenugreek could cause diarrhea, stomach upset, bloating, gas, congestion, lower blood sugar, and allergic reactions. [5]

Trigonella Foenum-graecum Extract. Trigonella Foenum-graecum is the scientific name for fenugreek. This particular extract contains 50% saponins, chemical compounds that decreased cholesterol in rats. [6] It’s unclear why High T Senior manufacturers included 2 fenugreek forms; perhaps they simply wished to cover all their bases in case one form proves more effective than the other.

Eurycoma Longifolia. A total of 76 patients with hypogonadism were given 200 mg eurycoma for a month. Eurycoma improved testosterone concentration and restored normal testosterone levels in 90.8% of patients. [7]

Better still, eurycoma is considered safe for men. [8]

Vanadium. Vanadium is a mineral that acts like insulin and might lower blood sugar in people with diabetes. There’s no proof it raises testosterone; in one mouse study, it had no effect on testosterone levels. [9] Low testosterone levels might cause insulin resistance, however, so vanadium could treat this condition. [10]

Vanadium might cause nausea, diarrhea, gas, loss of energy, and other side effects when used in amounts greater than 1.8 mg. [11]

Who Makes High T Senior?

KingFisher Media, LLC are the makers of High T Senior and other High T supplements: High T, High T Women, High T Black, and High T Caffeine Free.

KingFisher Media has an A- rating from the Better Business Bureau and started in 2010. It’s a credit to the company that many people know about High T supplements, despite the newness of the supplements.

What Do People Say about High T Senior?

A total of 44 users have weighed in with their opinions on GNC.com and have given High T Senior an average of 3.8/5 stars.

Here’s what a few users had to say about High T Senior:

“I’ve used High T for a couple of months and like what it did for me. I am 52 years old and like most men my age worry about the health of my prostate. I was happy to see the new High T that included ingredients to support my prostate.” (JeffyP)

“I take the pills twice daily to keep the level of effectiveness steady and it works fantastic for me. My energy level and my sex drive have increased immensely.” (Charles.settles)

“After using the ‘regular’ formation and inspecting this product’s ingredients, I thought it would perform better, but seemingly was much less effective. Will revert to other. BTW, has slight aftertaste of burnt syrup, not repulsive just lingering.” (Drenken1)

Should You Buy High T Senior?

High T Senior has a good ingredient selection, but the dosages are not revealed, so it’s hard to say whether each ingredient is included in the ideal dosage. Nevertheless, the majority of users thought High T Senior was effective.

If you are getting along in years and looking for a testosterone booster that also supports prostate health, High T Senior is a solid option. If you are younger in age, however, High T Senior might not be the best product for your needs.

High T Black

High T Black is claimed to boost free-testosterone levels, sexual libido, muscle mass, and energy with only 4 capsules per day.

“Take in the morning, run like a stallion throughout the day!” reads one advertisement.

Packed with caffeine, 2 proprietary blends, and several other ingredients, High T Black’s formula is anything but meager.

I looked at the ingredients to determine whether High T Black is effective.

Are the Ingredients Powerful?

High T Black features several ingredients, too many to list here. So, I analyzed some key ingredients to show you High T Black’s delivery system.

Razberi-K (200 mg)
Razberi-K is trademarked raspberry ketone.

Raspberry ketone purportedly enhances fat burning. I was unable to find any human clinical studies supporting these claims. But, one animal study shows raspberry ketone prevented high-fat-diet-induced increases in body weight and adipose tissue. [1]

Until more research has been conducted, I am unsure if Razberi-K amounts in High T Black are effective for weight loss.

Caffeine Anhydrous (200 mg)
Caffeine anhydrous is a powder caffeine form. Caffeine improves mental function and physical performance.

According to one online medical authority, caffeine improves mental alertness when administered in 250 mg. [2]

One study analyzed caffeine’s effects on anaerobic exercise. Male athletes were given 5 mg/kg caffeine or a placebo and underwent leg press, chest press, and the Wingate test (anaerobic test on cycle ergometer). Research reveals a moderate caffeine dose resulted in more weight lifted during the chest press and lead to greater peak power during the Wingate test. [3]

Although caffeine amounts are smaller than the clinically-tested amount for improving mental function, it may still produce similar benefits. Also, depending on users’ weight, there may be enough to provide performance-enhancing effects.

High T Black Proprietary Blend (900 mg)
Testofen Fenugreek Extract
Testofen Fenugreek extract is a branded name for Gencor Pacific, INC’s fenugreek extract and is used to increase free-testosterone levels. However, evidence surrounding this claim is inconsistent.

One unpublished study shows 300 mg Testofen administered twice daily increased free-testosterone levels compared to a placebo. [4]

However, another study analyzes fenugreek’s effects on resistance-trained male hormonal profiles in a double blind manner. Test subjects were given a placebo or fenugreek. At the study’s end, researchers noted no changes in hormonal status or anabolic potential from fenugreek supplementation. [5]

Due to inconsistent findings, I am unsure whether Testofen fenugreek extract is effective in boosting testosterone levels.

Eurycoma Longifolia Extract 4:1
Eurycoma longifolia was shown to enhance sperm parameters such as volume, concentration, and motility when administered in 200 mg doses to men with idiopathic infertility. [6]

There may be enough eurycoma longifolia in High T Black to optimize sperm quality.

Tribulus Terrestris
This ingredient was shown to increase oligozoospermia (semen with low sperm concentration) in 6 g and had “super results in management of Kshina Shukra (oligozoospermia), as compared to the placebo granules.” [7]

An animal study suggests tribulus terrestris increased mount and intromission frequency and penile erection index in sexually-fatigued male rats. [8]

The clinically-studied amounts are significantly higher than the entire proprietary blend amount. Consequently, I don’t think tribulus terrestris’ effects are as strong as the clinical study.

NO3X Nitric Oxide Booster (1,800 mg)
L-Citrulline Malate 1:1:
Citrulline malate is used to indirectly ameliorate blood flow by increasing nitric oxide.

In one study, 6g citrulline malate or a placebo were given to cyclists. The citrulline malate group experienced increases in citrulline, arginine (nitric oxide precursor), ornithine, urea, creatinine, and nitrite. Growth hormone increased post-exercise in both groups but resulted in higher levels in the citrulline malate group. [9]

The clinical dose is greater than the proprietary blend. I don’t think citrulline malate’s benefits are prominent in High T Black.

CarnoSyn is a trademarked beta alanine form. Beta alanine is shown to improve physical performance when administered in doses ranging from 3.2 to 6.4 g. [10]

Clinically-studied doses exceed the proprietary blend dose, so I don’t think CarnoSyn’s benefits are noticeable, but I can’t be sure.

How Should High T Black Be Used?

The manufacturer says users should take 4 capsules daily with water and recommends implementing a workout plan and healthy diet to optimize results.

Also, the company recommends using High T Black for at least 8 weeks for maximum results.

Whether High T Black should be cycled isn’t specified. However, according to research, I found users saying many testosterone-boosting supplements should be cycled to allow the body to balance hormone levels and prime itself for additional supplementation.

Are Users Impressed?

High T Black user reviews are found on several third party websites like GNC.com and on YouTube.com. Reviews are mixed, however. Some users love High T Black and some didn’t. Here’s what user reviews look like:

“I think my strength came back really fast because of this testosterone booster,” says Jeremy Helms on YouTube.com. “So, I would recommend it.”

Gad.Salomon says it makes no sense the company recommends taking High T Black for 8 weeks when there aren’t enough capsules in 1 bottle for the regimen. His face also broke out in acne; however, it might not be from the supplement. “With all that said, I think I am getting a lil bigger…”

“Definitely noticed I have a lot more energy threw [sic] out the day. I read a lot of reviews about the bad taste but honestly it’s not that bad … Not great but not as bad as others make it out to be,” says RandomActs 25.

Wave10122 says High T Black worked but the taste was unbearable. “I would take as directed in the morning and the taste would stay with me all day long.”

Is High T Black Safe to Use?

The official website doesn’t mention side effects associated with High T Black.

There are side effects associated with caffeine and CarnoSyn. These side effects include: [2] [10]

• Insomnia
• Stomach irritation
• Nausea
• Nervousness
• Flushing
• Tingling

However, beta alanine amounts appear to be small and safe in High T Black. This leads me to believe users won’t experience many adverse beta alanine effects.

However, those sensitive to caffeine may want to start using High T Black by taking smaller doses to assess tolerance. After tolerance is assessed, increase dose to recommended amount if necessary.

Where Can High T Black Be Purchased?

One bottle of High T Black provides 30 servings and sells for around $37.00-$69.99 on the official website, HighTProducts.com, and on third party websites like VitaminShoppe.com, Amazon.com, and GNC.com.

Products purchased through HighTProducts.com are backed by a money-back guarantee. However, returns must be processed within 30 days from the order date to quality for a refund.

I found the best deals on Amazon.com and VitaminShoppe.com.

The Final Verdict on High T Black

High T Black appears to boost energy levels in users, which results in greater workouts and performance. However, the taste is an issue for some users. If you aren’t able to look past the taste or have a sensitive stomach to caffeine, High T Black may not be the best testosterone-booster for you.

The price per bottle is affordable. However, to meet the manufacturer’s 8-week supplement recommendation, users need to purchase more than 1 bottle. This means spending at least $74.00, which seems a little pricy.

If you decide to try High T Black, let us know about your experience.

Muscletech Test HD

According to manufacturers, Muscletech Test HD raises testosterone to build muscle but does not raise testosterone above the normal healthy range.

This is an impressive claim about a testosterone booster, a claim that it’s both effective and safe. Let’s look closer at Muscletech Test HD to see if manufacturers are right about it.

Inside a Bottle of Muscletech Test HD

Muscletech Test HD contains a solid roundup of common testosterone-boosting ingredients, plus shilajit extract, which is fairly new to Western medicine. Let’s take a closer look at some of the key ingredients:

Zinc (7.5 mg). When zinc was given to infertile men, testosterone and fertility levels improved for those with lower testosterone. In the other group, testosterone was unaffected. Thus, zinc could raise testosterone in those with low levels. [1] The RDA is 11 mg/day for men ages 14 and older. [2]

Shilajit Extract (100 mg). A tarlike substance from mountain rock, shilajit is used in Indian medicine but is in preliminary stages of research in Western medicine. In one study, 28 infertile men improved testosterone levels by about 23.5% by taking 100 mg shilajit twice daily for 90 days. [3]

Broccoli Powder (50 mg). Broccoli contains DIM, which blocks estrogen and its effects. This could help maintain testosterone levels, but to what extent needs to be further explored in research. [4]

Velvet Bean Extract (50 mg). In 75 men undergoing infertility screening, velvet bean improved fertility by raising testosterone, dopamine, and adrenaline along with sperm count and motility. The study does not specify to what extent testosterone was raised nor how much velvet bean was used. [5]

Does Muscletech Test HD Cause Side Effects?

Here’s a breakdown of side effects the various ingredients might cause:

• Boron: infertility risk, inflammation, irritability, headache, depression, tremors [6]
• Stinging nettle: stomach complaints, sweating [7]
• Tribulus: insomnia [8]
• Zinc: nausea, kidney or stomach damage, diarrhea [2]

Taking more than the recommended dosage of two capsules a day could raise side effect risk.

To avoid damaging side effects, do not take if you are under 18, pregnant, or nursing. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, talk to a doctor before using.

What’s the Locker Room Talk about Muscletech Test HD?

Bodybuilding.com users generally like Muscletech products, and Muscletech Test HD is no exception so far.

KramerCos said, “Was excited about this new product. I had used their AlphaTest before which was great but this seems to be better. I have a lot more energy (only been on it for a week) compared to other test boosts I’ve tried. Awesome part is you only need to take 2 caps a day instead of taking 5 or 6 like some of the others Price seems good for a quality product.”

Similarly, rtays0314 said, “Been taking this product for 5 weeks now, and have noticed a significant change in strength in recovery. Puts me in a good mood all the time.”

However, there are only 4 reviews posted so far. We await further feedback for a better idea on Muscletech Test HD’s popularity.

Is Muscletech Test HD Affordable?

Muscletech Test HD is priced between $50 and $90 at various locations. That’s pricey for a testosterone booster but perhaps not for one that works well.

However, it’s hard to say if Muscletech Test HD is effective until we have more studies on shilajit and more customer reviews on Muscletech Test HD.

Muscletech Test HD: The Last Call

Muscletech Test HD shows some promise as a testosterone booster, but it’s still pretty new on the scene. We can’t give a recommendation for Muscletech Test HD until there is more information.

If you’ve tried Muscletech Test HD, leave a comment and let others know what you thought.

Nugenix Natural Prostate Support

Nugenix Natural Prostate Support is an “all-natural dietary supplement” promised to support prostate health and thus help you live a more comfortable lifestyle.

Containing “key prostate ingredients” such as beta sitosterol and saw palmetto, Prostate Support is said to promote urinary flow and improve the condition of the prostate gland.

If you are considering Prostate Support, take a look at my research to get a better idea of its potential. It may help you to decide if this product is for you.

Prostate Support is made of seven ingredients, and its most potent ones are discussed below:

Phytopin (80% Beta Sitosterol) [438 mg]. In a recent analysis, scientists determined beta-sitosterol “may improve symptoms of BPH [benign prostatic hyperplasia] compared with placebo in the short term.” [1]

According to the study, beta-sitosterol caused gastrointestinal adverse effects and impotence. [1]

A recommended dosage of saw palmetto for treating BPH is 320 mg/d. [2]

Saw Palmetto [272 mg]. According to researchers, saw palmetto “may be not more effective than placebo” for improving BPH symptoms. They asserted additional studies are needed to determine its full effects. [1]

Bladderwrack Extract [75 mg]. Bladderwrack is used for various thyroid disorders, though additional research is needed to demonstrate its effects on prostate health.

It contains high amounts of iodine, which is harmful to consumers who don’t have an iodine deficiency. Experts warn against taking products that contains bladderwrack if the label does not state its iodine content. [3]

Zinc Chelate [75 mg]. Zinc is commonly used to improve prostate health because high concentrations are found in the prostate gland. However, preliminary studies indicate too much zinc supplementation (more than 100 mg/d for 10 years) may increase prostate cancer risk. [4]

But, there’s only 75 mg zinc in Prostate Support, so its risks are lower. [4]

Consumer Reviews

I could only find three online reviews of Prostate Support—all of which are on Amazon.com. While two reviewers were pleased with the results they had, one user expressed discontent:

“Very good product and highly recomend using this along with the testosterone products that Nugenix provides. I have noticed more energy .” – Brain Klevecz, 5 stars

“Fabulous, it works very well, it surpasses my expectation and I will recommend it to others and continue using it myself.” – Anthony I. Auguste, 5 stars

“after taking product for over 2 weeks never had any results, do not not use this product, waste of money” – steven peterson, 1 star

Purchasing Prostate Support

There are a variety of methods to purchasing Prostate Support and other Nugenix products. On Nugenix.com, customers can purchase Prostate Support for $27 plus $4.99 for shipping/handling.

Besides its own store, Nugenix.com provides a map where interested buyers can locate the nearest GNC or Rite Aid stores. The website also redirects buyers to Amazon.com, GNC.com, LuckyVitamin.com, and DrugStore.com. Of these, LuckyVitamin.com has the lowest offer at $22.

Additional online retailers of Prostate Support include VitaCost.com, Walgreens.com, Ebay.com, SupplementWarehouse.com, and MuscleGearUSA.com. SupplementWarehouse.com appears to be the cheapest option at $18.

None of the retailers mentioned provide a money-back guarantee.

About Nugenix

Nugenix is a fairly new brand of health supplements geared specifically for men. Its only other product is Testosterone Booster. The product line is owned and marketed by Boston-based Direct Digital, LLC.

I called the customer service line to ask some questions about Prostate Support. I was promptly directed to a representative who was courteous and attentive, and occasionally she put me on hold in order to gather and then relay accurate information. Such service inspires confidence in these products.

Nugenix demonstrates reputability in its efforts to be honest and open with its customers, and the price of Prostate Support is affordable.

But, its safety and efficacy is of concern. While side effects may not be immediate, experts express caution with bladderwrack extract and taking too much zinc. Consequently, consult a health professional before using Nugenix Natural Prostate Support.
