Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite

Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite

With the release of Inner Armour’s Blue line comes the testosterone booster Tribulus Elite.

Tribulus Elite is formulated to optimize testosterone production, sex drive, and performance with 5 ingredients.

Additionally, Tribulus Elite’s vitamin and mineral content are said to support performance goals.

This review takes a look at everything you need to know about Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite, which will guide you in making an informed decision whether this product is right for you.

What’s Under the Cap?

Tribulus Elite features several ingredients. Fortunately, ingredient doses are provided, which is a plus. Here is a closer look at the ingredients:

Zinc (7.5 mg)
Zinc is involved in over 100 enzymatic activities, and is important for protein and DNA synthesis, wound healing, and immune function. [1]

Zinc deficiencies are linked to low sperm quality in idiopathic infertility [2] and also may play a role in mediating testosterone levels. [3]

Recommended dietary allowances for adults are around 11 mg per day. [1]

Zinc amounts in Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite supply more than half the daily recommended amount. However, users need to ensure they get the full dose through other means.

Vitamin B6 (2.6 mg)
This vitamin aids in neurotransmitters and hormones serotonin and norepinephrine production. Recommended daily amounts for adult men range from 1.3 – 1.7 mg per day.[4]

Vitamin B6 amounts in Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite supply more than enough to meet the recommended daily allowance, which ensures proper vitamin B6 function.

Magnesium (22.5 mg)
This mineral is studied for its testosterone boosting ability.

One study administered 10 mg/kg to sedentary individuals and tae kwon do athletes over a 4-week period. In addition, an extra tae kwon do group participated in the study, but they did not receive magnesium supplementation.

Results reveal magnesium raised free and total testosterone values in both supplemented groups. However, researchers indicate higher increases were seen in the tae kwon do supplemented group. [5]

Magnesium amounts in in Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite are smaller than the clinical dose; consequently, I don’t think its effects are as prominent.

Tribulus Terrestris (750 mg)
This ingredient is analyzed for its ability to influence testosterone levels. Some studies show tribulus supplementation didn’t affect testosterone levels [6] while others show it resulted in statistically reliable increases. [7]

I was unable to find a clinically-effective dose amount, however. With evidence surrounding tribulus terrestris being inconclusive, it’s difficult to determine its effectiveness in Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite.

Saw Palmetto (160 mg)
This ingredient is used to treat enlarged prostate symptoms when administered in 320 mg per day. For example, saw palmetto reduces nighttime urination in men with enlarged prostate. [8]

Saw palmetto amounts are smaller in Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite, but its effects may become more prominent with continual use.

Are There Any Adverse Effects Associated with It?

The company doesn’t specify whether there are Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite side effects.
There are side effects associated with saw palmetto such as dizziness, headache, nausea, constipation, vomiting, and diarrhea. However, medical authorities deem saw palmetto as likely safe for most users. [8]

Should Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite Be Taken Daily?

Tribulus Elite should be taken every day roughly 1 hour before sleep by consuming 1 serving (2 capsules).

The company recommends avoiding calcium-rich foods when taking daily servings.

Users may take 1 capsule in the beginning to assess tolerance as seen necessary.

Where Are the Best Deals?

Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite is available for purchase through the official website, InnerArmourBlue.com. It retails for $20.09 a bottle and provides 180 capsules (90 servings).

This seems quite affordable considering each bottle lasts around 30 months.

However, its availability may be expanding in the near future as third party retail sites list Tribulus Elite with prices “TBA.”

Is Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite a Great Product?

Inner Armour Blue Tribulus Elite appears an average product. Its ingredients provide necessary nutrition to support enzymatic function and prevent vitamin-deficient testosterone levels.

However, evidence surrounding its main ingredient tribulus terrestris is not the strongest. Also, a lack of user reviews makes it difficult to recommend this product wholeheartedly.

I suggest waiting for more user reviews and supporting clinical studies on tribulus terrestris before purchasing. But, its price is modest, so if you are interested in trying a testosterone boosting supplement, Tribulus Elite shouldn’t be counted out.
